The UPMC Innovation Center (or the “IC”) is breaking down silos, building teams, and shifting the focus of care to where it truly belongs – on patients and families.

Using the Patient Centered Value System (PCVS) as a guiding approach, the IC partners with patients, families, caregivers, and hospital administrators to bridge the gap between current practices and ideal experiences.
